PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:
- Please note that these orders are not for ready-to-ship bags. These bags will be produced after you make a purchase.
- The listing will display a variation of the bag you will receive. Since I am not a machine, each bag may have slight differences, adding a touch of uniqueness to them. :)
- Once production has started, you cannot make changes to your order. I will post pre-order updates on Instagram and Facebook.
- The turnaround time will be listed on the description portion of the listing. Once your bag is ready to be shipped, I will send you an email with the tracking information for your order. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder.

SHIPPING:
- For all U.S orders, shipping will be done via USPS Priority Shipping with a flat rate fee based on the size of the bag you are ordering. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. However, please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, losses, or thefts that may occur once the package is shipped. In the event of a damaged or lost package, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Rest assured, I will assist you to the best of my ability.
- International orders will be shipped via USPS. To keep the costs reasonable, first-class shipping will be utilized. Please be aware that customs charges and fees are not my responsibility. International orders typically take a longer time to reach their destination, especially with first-class shipping. If you prefer to upgrade to priority shipping or add package insurance, kindly inform me. Once your package is shipped, I cannot be held liable for any delays, damages, losses, or thefts. In such cases, you will need to file a claim with the postal service in your country. Please note that I cannot provide an estimated delivery time, but all orders will have tracking available.
